Excellength Extensions

Returns & Exchanges

Due to customization and sanitation reasons Excellength Extensions are not returnable. Store credit and exchanges are permissible. If the item shipped is damaged or the wrong item has been sent, we will replace it within 5 days of receiving your unaltered return. Item must be in its original condition. If your item is out of stock, we will reship within 10 business days.  

Instructions for exchanging or returning damaged or wrong item sent

  • If the hair product sent has been damaged or wrong item sent, or if you would like to exchange it for another product, please call for authorization to have the proper hair product sent: 201.637.3500
  • Request for exchange, credit or correct item to be resent 
  • must be in original condition with invoice made within 5 days of the received date. 
  • Unauthorized return will be sent back at customer's expense. 
  • Must call for authorization before returning Nosotress products.
  • The merchandise must be sent back in the original condition (can not be combed, brushed, washed, worn, cut or altered in any way). 
  • If the products has been damaged, worn, altered or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible for a exchanges, store credit.



Billing and Shipping Information 

For security reasons, all orders must be shipped to: 

  • Credit card bill address 
  • The address on your Paypal account. 
  • SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON ALL DELIVERIES. 
  • Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays or
  • Additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified.



 How do I cancel my order?

  • Please call our office before 4pm on the same business day in which the order was placed. 
  • If the order was placed during non-business hours, please call us before 10am the following business day; 
  • If the order was place on Friday after 4pm, please call on Monday before 10am 
  • Otherwise, once the order is processed, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.  


Shipping Refunds

Shipping refunds on delayed ordered due to carrier delays can not be issued 


Shipping Cancellations and Refusals

For any shipments returned to us due to wrong address given, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. 


International Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
